Baroni 273 sc. dx (hereinafter only “DOUBLE EM”) as owner of the processing of personal data pursuant to d. lgs. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments – Code regarding the protection of personal data (“Privacy Code”) – and EU Regulation 679/2016 applicable from 25 May 2018 – General Data Protection Regulation (“RGPD”) (from now on onwards, the Privacy Code and RGPD are collectively referred to as “Applicable Law”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal data and considers its protection to be one of the main objectives of its business. Before communicating any personal data, DOUBLE EM invites you to carefully read this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), since it contains important information on the protection of personal data and on the security measures adopted to guarantee confidentiality in full compliance with the Regulations Applicable. This Privacy Policy:
is intended only for the site http: // www. double-em.it (“Website”) while it does not apply to other websites that may be consulted via external links;
it is to be intended as information given pursuant to art. 13 of the Regulations Applicable to those who interact with the Site; complies with Recommendation n. 2/2001 concerning the minimum requirements for online data collection in the European Union, adopted May 17, 2001 by the Article 29 Working Group.

DOUBLE EM informs that the processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, purpose limitation and conservation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality. Your personal data therefore will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the Applicable Regulation and the confidentiality obligations provided for herein.

2. HOLDER AND RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (ALSO DATA PROTECTION OFFICER or DPO).
The Data Controller of the Site is DOUBLE EM as defined above. As a result of special evaluation activity DOUBLE EM was not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer in compliance with art. Article of EU Regulation 2016/679 and the “Guidelines on data protection managers” amended and adopted on 5 April 2017, as DOUBLE EM is not a public authority or body, the main activities carried out do not consist of large-scale processing of particular categories of personal data referred to in Article 9 or of data relating to criminal convictions and offenses referred to in Article 10 and do not consist of processing which, by their nature, scope and / or purpose , require regular and systematic monitoring of large-scale stakeholders. Therefore DOUBLE EM has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (or “DPO”). 2. PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO TREATMENT
“Personal Data” means any information concerning a natural person identified or identifiable with particular reference to an identifier such as name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of his or her physical identity, physiological, psychic, economic, cultural or social.


The Personal Data collected from the Site are the following:

1. Navigation data
The Web Site’s computer systems collect some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are informations that are not collected to be associated with you, but that by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow to identify yourself. The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data for the purposes set out to in point a) is the provision of a service or the reply to a request that does not require consent under the Applicable Regulation. The purpose referred to in point b) does not involve the processing of Personal Data, the purpose in point c) relates to the fulfillment of a legal obligation while the purpose referred to in point d) represents a legitimate treatment of Personal Data in accordance with the Applicable Law because, once the Personal Data has been provided, processing is indeed necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which DOUBLE EM is subject, the purpose at e) is allowed only with your consent.
Providing your Personal Data for the purposes listed above is optional, but failure to do so could make it impossible to meet your request or fulfill a legal obligation to which DOUBLE EM is subject.

4. RECIPIENTS
Your Personal Data may be shared, for the purposes specified in point 3, with:

Indeed, the transfers will be based alternatively on an adequacy decision or on the Standard Model Clauses approved by the European Commission. 6. DATA STORAGE
DOUBLE EM will process your Personal Data for as long as it is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in point 3. As an example, DOUBLE EM will process the Personal Data for the service of sending promotional material until you decide to unsubscribe from the newsletter service. DOUBLE EM will process your Personal Data up to the time permitted by Italian law to protect its interests (Art. 2947 (1) (3) c.c.). 7. YOUR RIGHTS
Within the limits of the Applicable Regulations, you have the right to ask DOUBLE EM, at any time, access to your Personal Data, rectification or deletion of the same or to oppose their treatment, the limitation of the processing and to obtain in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, the data concerning you.
